When will my refund be processed?
The refund for your cancelled product may vary depending on your bank. This process can take up to approximately 1 week. Here is the refund process for the returned product: Within 48 hours after the product reaches the seller, its compliance with the return conditions is checked. If the product meets the return conditions, your refund is approved, and the refunded amount will be credited to your card within 2-10 business days, depending on your bank. If the product does not meet the return conditions, it will be returned to your address. Note: You will receive a notification email to your registered email address when the refund is processed to your bank. The duration for the amount to reflect in your card/account depends on your bank. Refunds to bank cards may take longer to reflect in your account. Although the payment for installment purchases is made to the bank at once, your bank will refund the amount to your credit card in installments.
When will my order arrive?
Your order will be delivered within the delivery date range specified on the Order Details page. If the product has a "Express Delivery" label, your order will be shipped the next business day at the latest. If it has a "Shipped Today" label, your order will be shipped on the same day. You will be notified by SMS when your order is dispatched for delivery by the courier company.
How can I cancel my order?
If you have ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, you can easily cancel your order before the shipping preparations begin as follows: If your products have started to be prepared for shipment (if your invoice has been issued) or have been shipped, they cannot be cancelled. In this case, you can return the product when you receive it. TIP: Refund processes are completed within 2 business days. You will be notified by email when your refund is processed to your bank.
